Collection details are a special product structure that is used let the customer choose how the order is picked up or delivered within a specific order type, f.ex.Pickup, Table service, Curbside or Room service.
The first option is default

Collection detail menu item
Item is the master that will have links to all configured collection detail options.

Create Table Numbers in Simphony
Create the available Table numbers for each RVC.
- Known behaviors
- The table numbers for each restaurant must be configured on RVC-level in EMC.
See the example below that has tables 1 to 13 defined for the RVC. - If the selected table number isn't configured for the Store, the order placement will fail.
If the Table Number is empty, no order placement issue occurs.
