This article details how to use the `Guest Accounts` application to manage registered guest accounts.
Searching for a guest account
To find a guest account, you can provide either a user ID, an email address or a mobile phone number.
Note: It is currently not supported to search for partial data and only exact matches are found.
Note: Mobile phone numbers are always prefixed with a '+' and the country code, e.g. '+46XXXXXXXX'. Remember to also remove any leading zero.

Editing an account
To edit a guest's information, press the edit button on the account information card.
Note: When changing a guest's email address or mobile phone number, it is recommended to also reset that field's verification status, unless it has been manually verified in some other manner. Doing so will automatically log the guest out and prompt them to verify their information upon next login.
Deleting an account
To delete a guest account, press the 'Delete User' button while editing an account. A confirmation dialog will show before the account is deleted.
When the account is deleted, a new account can be created with the same information.
Note: When a guest account is deleted, some personal data may be retained for a period before being fully deleted from our systems.
Temporary accounts
When a guest places an order without logging in or registering an account, a temporary user account is created. These accounts are hidden from search results by default, but can be shown by pressing the 'Show hidden accounts' button.
Temporary accounts cannot be edited or removed. Personal data belonging to these accounts is automatically removed from our systems after a period.
Como Member Id
If a tenant is using Como for loyalty there is a field in the form above called ComoMemberId - if troubleshooting is needed regarding Como Membership see this article: Como Membership Troubleshooting.
