When a guest creates a new member in Future Ordering, the user will automatically be created in Como if Como is activated for the tenant. Sometimes this creation does not work as expected.
If a ticket is submitted to support, initial troubleshooting can be done through the "Navigator Guest App".
Troubleshooting Guide
1. Go to Navigator and open the application "Guests"
2. Search for the guest who is having trouble being created in Como using the email och phone number.
3. Check for Como member ID.
- If the user is has been created successfully - the Como member ID will be shown and user is Active.
- If the user has not been created successfully - the reason for failing will be presented when pressing the warning symbol.
In the table below different statuses for Como member creation are presented:
| Status | Description |
| Active | Como member is Active |
| DeletionPending | Guest has deleted their account in Future Ordering and therefore the user in Como has been requested to be deleted. |
| Deleted | Como member is deleted |

| NotCreatedComoError | Future Ordering could not create the member in Como due to error in Como. |
| NotCreatedInternalFoError | Future Ordering could not create the member in Como due to error in Future Ordering. |
Example from Navigator Guest App:
Example of prompt when pressing warning symbol.
Handle "Member already exist due to phone number"
If this error is prompted in Navigator Guest App - the guest has entered a phone number that is already used by another registered guest.
Note: This only affects registered user and not temporarily users since temporarily users are not created in Como.
To identify all registered users in Future Ordering that use the same phone number - enter the phone number in the Navigator Guest App (see example above). From there it is possible to identify which user that has a connected Como Member by checking Como member ID.
To handle this situation one of the accounts can be deleted.
- If the guest want to use the already existing account - Inform them which email-address that could be used to login to that account. The newly created account can then be deleted through the Navigator Guest App since that will not be used anymore.
- If the guest want to use the newly created account - the old account can be deleted, both in Future Ordering and Como. When the account is deleted in Como the user can logout from the account in Future Ordering and then login again. Now the account should have been created in Como since the old member is deleted - verify this through the Navigator Guest App. Note that all points will be lost since a new member will be created in Como.

Handle "NotCreatedComoError"
The member could not be created due to Como is not allowing the member to be created for some reason. Contact Como support for help.
Handle "NotCreatedInternalFoError"
Most common reason when this error occurs is that some mandatory property is missing. Search for the user in the Navigator Guest application and check that these properties exist:
- Phone Number
- First name
- Last name
- Birthdate
Note that "birthdate" is not enabled by default for a tenant in the "user registration form" - so if this property is missing - contact Future Ordering Support so this can be enabled. When birthdate is enabled - all users will be logged out automatically and when the users login again - all users will automatically be created in Como.
Contact Future Ordering Support for further troubleshooting if needed.
