- Log in to Google Play. Click Home, find your app and click the blue arrow to the right of it.
2. Click Dashboard in the left menu, scroll down to "Set up your app", and expand "View Tasks".
3. Click each of the tasks and do as follows:
- Set privacy policy
Set your privacy policy URL*** and click Save in the bottom right corner.
***Your privacy policy URL can either be found by going to the My Account page and click the Privacy Policy link in the bottom.
Or register a new account with an made-up email and you should see the New User page, at the bottom there's a link to the privacy policy.Click the link, and copy the first portion of the URL, up until where it says "https://.../info/privacy". Typically it looks something like this: https://order.blabla.com/se/en-gb/info/privacy
If you want to test your URL, you can paste it in a new browser window, and the Privacy Policy page should open.
App access
- Click "All or some functionality in my app is restricted", then click "Add instructions"
- On the following page provide the following instructions (or similar), then click "Add" in the lower right corner.
- Instruction name: Login instructions
- Username: Any email, 2FA code will be sent out
- Password: Any password, 2FA code will be sent out
- Any other information required to access your app:
This is a food ordering app. The only functionality behind login is the possibility to save your
preferred payment method, e.g. credit card. - Check the box saying "No other information is required to access my app"

- Click edit to the right, select "App" (and not game), then select "Food & drink" as Category. Save.

Your store listing is your app's 'page' with information and screenshots in Google Play.- Translations - You can choose to have information (and screenshots) in several languages. We recommend using English as the 'default' language and then add other languages. Google Play tries to match the language on the user's device. If no matching translation is found, the primary language will be displayed (hence English is a pretty safe choice).
You can manage your default language and other langugages by pressing "Manage translations" - Listing assets - Enter your app name, a short description and a full description. The full description is shown when users expand the short description, so make sure not to write the same thing twice.

- Tablet (screenshots) - it says these are required by they are not.
- Click Save in the lower right corner. Kick back and relax, 'cause you are done. :-)
